what are some ways to keep my body healthy?
i heard that eating/drinking lemons can help with healing and clearing skin. is this true? i know that water is good for you to. im starting eating healthy by having a healthy breakfast and dinner and cutting out sugary juices. is this a good start? and im exercising with PE and then a hard workout once a week and a mild workout once a week. what are some things i can do to keep my body in great shape and look healthy?

You are off to a good start but don’t over do it. Remember you are only 14 and your body is still changing. You can also have hot water with lemon in the evening, it is a good natural detox and helps get rid of any of the crap that you may have ate through the day. Drinking it in the evening is best and it is thought to TLP keep you from gaining weight since your body digests better with it in your system.

Eat a good diet. Eat breakfast. Drink lots of water (it will help your body cleanse itself which reduces the toxins in your body, which will give you clear healthy skin & hair). Exercise (good for your heart, brain, metabolism, circulation). Stretch (good for circulation). Get enough sleep. Dont let yourself become stressed (stress is horrible for you, and bad for your heart. it causes you to prematurely age). Take a multi-vitamin with a meal everyday.
Its also good to eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones in a day. It increases your metabolism and is good for brain function. Itll also keep your body nice a trim. Its odd but true, eating more frequently is better for your weight because its better for your body.
