What is a healthy balanced diet to have healthy body and clear skin?
i run 20 mins/day and do sit ups and push ups for 5 min.
is that healthy as well?

Well for one eat a healthy breakfast. Replace coffee with a fruit smoothie. Drink plenty of water. try not to drink soda. that only can reduce many calories a year. wash your face really good at least once a day. And do not use oily lotion on your face.

Stay away from any foods that have alot of unhealthy oils and fats, for example, chips, most “snack” items, chocolate, high-sugar. On the other side, olive oil is very good for your skin and body. Try to get a decent serving of that each day, on a salad or something. Just eat sensibly and exercise as much as possible. Do different exercises so it doesn’t get boring, and so your body doesn’t get used to the same motions and movements. Try finding a good skin care regiment that you can afford to stick with. Cleanse, tone and moisturize. Exfoliate occasionally. Get plenty of sleep and above all, drink drink drink!! (Water, of course!)
