I’m 5′4 and average healthy :) my doctor told me to stay at my healthiest weight - between 125-130 so I’m guessing it would be just over that. HTH

Between 115 lbs and 154 lbs would put your BMI in the normal weight category. Obviously, with 115 leaning towards underweight and 154 leaning towards overweight. So something in the range of 135 lbs and 140 lbs would put you nicely in the middle.
