What is a normal/healthy ‘body hydration level’ and ‘body fat %’?
I just bought a new scale that measures “Body Hydration Levels” and ” Body Fat Percentage”, but I don’t know what normal or healthy levels are so I can’t read it.

well, it really depends on ur height and weight….generally you want the hydration level to be in the low 50’s - high 40’s (%)
For your body fat, you can look online, look for BMI (body mass index) and it will tell u what range you should be in for your height and weight
